Thursday should have been my day off, but I worked for Erica C. It wasn't that bad. Michelle (Jamie's friend from Traditions) had to work at Pecos, so I helped her get her costume & how to get there. I ended up "training" her on food & condiments. Carlos, according to custodial Carlos, is 35-37. Near the end of my shift, Carlos was telling everyone that he & his wife (me, 'cause I'm gonna be rich) were going to PI together & he asked me for my phone number. I don't know it, and neither does he.

Sarah came home from work crying and venting about stupid guests & coworkers - we all understand. I told her how Alejandro waved at me in the tunnel in an effort to lighten her spirtis. It worked.

Seriously - you can't even guess how rude guests can be sometimes. You are there to make them happy but some REALLY push it to try to get more, more, more. They can really make you have a miserable day. 

I went to PI with Sarah, Marcy & Jamie. We were outside for the New Year's Eve Celebration. It was cool. Bassey went by, did a double take & smiled at me. The only place we went to was the Beach Club. Benji & John showed up - Benji smiled & waved. All night we seemed to attract dorks that just stood and smiled at us. There must have been stuff going on that I didn't write about, so David - sorry about this. You know I adore you! David showed up - we tried to avoid him but he found us. We had a lot of fun dancing - we even got to "Shout!" - Go Animal House!!

Here's where things go bad...

We left at 1:45am & Bassey & David were on our bus. When Bassey turned around and saw me he put his hand around my waist & kissed me on the cheek. Wow!! David was being a jerk. He wouldn't stop touching me when I asked him to (asked him to stop) & then he said, "Well, it's not my fault you're fat." I could have punched him so hard. I hate him.

I don't hate him. Maybe at the time of writing, but he's my lifelong friend!

Bassey put his hand out to me & invited me ot his place to drink. For some stupid reason I said, "I can't, I have to work tomorrow." DUMB, DUMB, DUMB. Marcy & I went walking through Vista Way looking for him, but all we found was David - whom I ignored. JERK!! I went to bed around 3am. I can't keep doing that. I'm so tired.  

 Really! I'm tired just reading about all of my late nights. Aww, to be 18 again!

Friday, I got to work with Drink Boy. We had lunch together (grilled cheese - yum!) & he said Carlos sent a million kisses - or something like that, since he wasn't at work.

Of course I'd have someone nearly 20 years older than me hitting on me. This wouldn't be the last time in my life....

Juan

At lunch i saw Juan sitting alone. He saw me & we smiled & waved. I was going to sit with Juan but he had to leave. He actually looked for me & waved good bye!

Clearly I must have forgiven him for his incorrect analysis of me. And if you're curious, he worked at Tony's Town Square Restaurant. He was an aspiring chef.

I rode the bus home with this girl. We talked the whole time - even before getting on the bus. she 1/2 invited me to Church Street but I didn't go. (NOT a place of churches - try nightlife and bars!)

While Zaira & I were talking and indulging in Spaghetti O's David stopped by. He tried to apologize, but I made him feel so guilty and never really forgave him. Sarah got to drive Benji & Alejandro home. (Whoa, lucky you, Sarah!!) they invited us to Benji's party tomorrow night. Woohoo! My first party! (I'm not going to chick out this time.)

Next time we meet here .... I went to a party!! I had alcohol!! And David made a BIG apology move!
