ExpensesHa - as if I spent nothing these two days. Puh-leeze. Didn't write it down though.

Tuesday morning Danielle & I went to Pool 1 & I got a nice, dark tan. I do NOT condone this behavior! I am pretty much always pale now! She (Danielle) called and got Sarah, Marcy & I reservations for 5:30 at the California Grill. Sarah, Marcy & I went to Pool 2 for a while and then primped for our night out.
Danielle got us good seats right by the window. Our dinner was way over-priced (~$70) for 3 of us. *Remember this is 1997 and we made less than $6/hour. The cheesecake was good though. during dessert we watched our first Florida sunset - very pretty!

We went to MK afterwards & went on Mr Toad, Tea Cups, the carousel and ran from Fantasyland to Space Mountain. Alejandro was working, but he didn't see us. Leaving Tomorrowland we got stopped by an attractions cast member doing nothing but telling people to go another way. His name was Drew & he's a Florida Gator. We talked to him for ~1 hour. Also, we met a former Miami Dolphin (Stephen). No one was on Main Street, so we danced our way down - very fun!
Later, Marcy, Dee, myself & Jessica (Dee's coworker) went to the Pavilion. It was boring. Ryan (from my seminar) came up & talked to me! Wednesday in seminar, I sat by Ryan. We didn't talk, just "Hi."
After class, Marcy, Sarah & I went to Disney's Boardwalk. It was very neat. We at at the ESPN Club. I had a triple decker grilled cheese (ah, Jersey Lilly!)

The Jersey Lilly is a bar in my hometown. I was obviously not old enough to go there, but we went to the backdoor often to pick up food to go. Back then they had the best grilled cheese in town - and it was also a triple decker. Not anymore.

We just goofed off, took pictures, and walked around. Oh, we went back to the MK before the Boardwalk so Sarah could buy a $300 picture. (Aren't you glad I noted the cost, Sarah?!?) Marcy & I went to the Welcome Center & got our free posters. Our night was pretty calm - we just looked at & put away more new pictures.

Those days were so much fun! I absolutely love the Boardwalk. I make sure to visit every time I'm in Florida! And ESPN - how can you go wrong with a restaurant that has TVs in the bathroom???

In our next post ... I get a makeover!
